I was excited to receive the KCups, as they were going to be a gift. I’ve previously purchased the ground Blueberries & Cream coffee and was delighted at the packaging and flavor. Unfortunately, the KCups did not inherit these ‘wow’ factors. Not only was the box a plain white, but also the individual KCups. Completely blank. As someone who loves the brand design and was introduced to Itasha at Holiday Matsuri, I was so disappointed when opening the package.

The flavor was also on the weaker side when brewing with the KCup, will not be purchasing this bean type again.

This Coffee is really good and it’s so far has been one I can’t stop having. I’ll most likely will keep buying more from this website.

So far all of the coffee flavors have been delish especially the blueberry and raspberry creams! And the espresso is the best! Fantastic customer service as well!
