02. The Perfect Cup

How do I adjust the strength of my coffee & the flavor?
Simply add more coffee! We recommend starting with around two tablespoons of coffee per six ounces of water, and then adjusting this ratio based on your preferred coffee strength.

What brew method is best for your coffees?
The one that you prefer! Genuinely, we've tried our coffee using a variety of methods and have found that everyone will find the perfect balance between practically and flavor that works for them. Try a cold-brew method for a low acidity roast, or an espresso-machine for the perfect blueberry latte!

At our events, we use a drip-pot and believe this to be the perfect starting place for our roasts.

I tried your coffee at a convention, how do I replicate it?
We use a general-use drip coffee maker and natural spring water for brewing the coffee at conventions. To top it off, our creamer of choice is a sweet cream that you can make at home using simple ingredients! Or, sneak over to the store and buy some, we won't judge.

For a 12-cup pot of coffee, we use 8 tablespoons of medium ground coffee.

If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out!

We're based out of and fufill our orders out of Chicago, Illinois. We do not have a public shop, but are actively working on expanding our business and hope you can find us at a local convention!

04. Affiliates and Partners

What are the requirements for applying to be an affiliate?
We do not have any set requirements for applying. We recommend that creators have an active and existing community, or an upcoming debut with a set date.

Creators of all types are encouraged to apply. Including Vtubers, 18+ creators, and artists.

What is the difference between the affiliate and partner programs?
All of our content creators start as affiliates. This is an important stepping stone for them to introduce our brand to their communities, and to build a strong connection between our brands. Our affiliates still enjoy perks like Meet & Greets at events across the USA, special events exclusively for our affiliates, opportunities to be part of our merchandise & products, and more.

Partners represent the next step in an affiliates journey. Affiliates with a strong community connection can apply for the ability to be a partner to enjoy increased perks like: additional giveaway opportunities for their communities, enhanced collaborations between our brands, and more.

Headliners are the highest level of partnership avaliable to our affiliates, and have a strong existing audience with a connection to our community.

How do affiliates get their own flavor?
We periodically open affiliate opportunities for creators interested in developing custom coffee flavors in collaboration with us.

Each flavor is crafted hand-in-hand with our chosen affiliates—from the roast and flavor profile to the artwork and design. We love incorporating these collabs into major moments like upcoming debuts or special events, and may even dedicate a featured month in our Coffee Club to highlight their creation.

Can I work with other brands while being an affiliate of Itasha Coffee?
Itasha Coffee’s affiliate program includes an exclusivity clause to protect the integrity of our brand and our partners.

This clause applies specifically to caffeinated beverages that directly compete with our core offerings, which includes other coffee companies. However, brands that offer energy supplement powders (such as gamer-focused drinks) are not considered competitors and are permitted under our guidelines.

If you're unsure whether a particular brand qualifies, feel free to join our Discord and open a support ticket, or email us at Contact@ItashaCoffee.com.
